What You'll Do Installing, dismantling, repairing, and rebuilding industrial machinery Troubleshooting mechanical and alignment-related issues Performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Making precision mechanical adjustments and alignments Supporting machinery installations and plant projects Working directly with customers to deliver technical solutions Traveling throughout the Midwest and occasionally across the U.S. What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, mechanical repair, or related experience A technical degree, apprenticeship, or trade certification Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Trainee opportunities are available for candidates with foundational machining knowledge who may not yet meet all position requirements. Individuals hired at a trainee pay rate must meet the minimum qualifications of the CNC Machinist position within one year of their hire date. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic rigging knowledge Mechanical curiosity and a desire to learn A strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills What's in It for You?
