DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Position Full‑time Dishwasher at Windermere Prep – Location: 6189 Winter Garden‑Vineland Road, Windermere, FL 34786. Schedule: Monday through Friday, some weekends; full‑time hours may vary. Requirement: Previous 1 year of dishwashing experience preferred. Pay Range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour. Job Summary Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or place on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation. Wash pots, pans and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation. Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth as assigned, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards. Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Help load and unload supplies and product. Perform other duties as assigned.
