At the beginning of every membership our dentists and hygienists capture diagnostics and build personalized plans spanning clear aligners to cavity reversal applications. A location's performance on these plans directly shapes the growth of the business.

That's where you come in. As General Manager, you'll own the performance of your locations end to end — the team, the member experience, the day-to-day operations, and the numbers behind them. You'll drive the metrics that matter and set the operational standard that scales across the company. You're the person who turns a great model into great results, location by location.

What You'll Work On

In-studio Member Experience

• Own the on-the-ground experience for members, ensuring every visit reflects Wally’s standards and consistently deliver a top-tier experience
• Act as the steward of the Wally brand within the studio, including day-to-day studio brand compliance, ensuring that the look and feel of the studio matches the Wally brand

In-studio team experience

• Provide hands-on operational coaching to the team, driving performance, retention, and engagement
• Ensure team members have the support and guidance needed to flourish at Wally

Operational Strategy

• Shape and execute the strategy that drives throughput and operational performance within your studios, translating high level goals into daily execution
• Own vendor relationships, inventory management, and equipment compliance to ensure that your studios are able to operate smoothly on a day to day basis

Who You Are

• 3–5 years in operations, hospitality, supply chain, or consulting
• Resourceful and self-directed with a hunger to learn
• Strong communicator, both with customers and cross-functional teams
• Data-driven with solid Excel/analytical skills
• Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and genuinely hospitality-minded
• Excited to operate and improve the processes that allow Wally studios to thrive
