Tax Accountants Needed! Start Immediately!

Ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for a Tax Accountant who can step in and independently manage tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations from day one. This is a hands-on, project-driven role for someone who knows the work, owns their process, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results.

You won’t be waiting for assignments—you’ll take ownership of your clients, your deadlines, and your outcomes, while still having the support of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Own Immediately

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations with minimal oversight
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are accurate
• Handle K-1s, multi-state filings, and related tax reporting requirements
• Perform account reconciliations and tie-outs to ensure clean, reliable financials
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and flag issues proactively
• Communicate directly with internal teams (and clients, if applicable) to resolve questions quickly

• Support more complex work (multi-entity structures, M&A, or estate considerations) as opportunities arise

What You Bring

• Proven experience preparing tax returns for LLCs and S Corps independently
• Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
• Confidence managing multiple returns and deadlines at once
• Solid reconciliation and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar)
• Clear, direct communication style and a proactive mindset
