Project Overview: (Share 2-3 sentences about the BUSINESS)
The Compliance Technologies manager will help support the CTS ( Company's Training Solutions) team by defining standards for vendor training compliance, creating accurate views for compliance data review, and establishing governance structures and processes for Company's FTEs, partners, and partnering vendors.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)
- Review data sources from different data repos, highlight gaps and investigate reason for gap between Organisation, Organisation's partners, and partnering vendors
- Lead meetings between organisation and organisation's vendors for vendor training compliance. Highlight out of compliance risks for each vendor / partner, and drive action to close gap with the company
side vendor / partner POC.
- Test enhancements to the Training Compliance dashboard and solicit feedback on dashboard usability from company's stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
Education: Bachelor's
Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility (ex. 4+ years experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packages): 5+ years of experience supporting Operations team with vendorized workforce in a Training or Safety related role
Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role (ex. 3+ years experience writing SQL code): Documented above
Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) : Experience with at least one LMS system / data visualization software (i.e. Tableau) required, proficiency with SQL / COD is a major plus.
