Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis in Bethesda, Maryland. About The Job: Build candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers Identify and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and talent market research to support hiring initiatives Present qualified candidates and maintain accurate recruiting activity in Greenhouse Support talent mapping, employer branding, and other recruiting projects as needed Ensure sourcing practices comply with employment laws and company policies About You: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience required, preferably within financial services Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems Interest or experience utilizing AI-enabled recruiting tools About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! Temporary assignment for a few months, with the possibility of going permanent $37-$42/hr Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite Metro Accessible!
