Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Arvada, CO area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician‑established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Location Arvada, CO Compensation RNs earn $50‑55/hr. LPNs earn $32‑40/hr. $2,000 sign‑on bonus (paid after 30 days of consistent visits). Shift Up to 48 hours a week, both part‑time or full‑time available. 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Shift days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Thursday. Job Requirements Current State or Compact License as a Licensed Practical Nurse Current CPR certification Maintain required insurance Good interpersonal skills Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Dependable transportation, willing to commute to patient homes Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end‑of‑life care Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record Perform various activities associated with daily living Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self‑care abilities, and indicators of disease progression Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients Background check required Equal Opportunity Employer Giving Home is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
