Senior FP&A Analyst

Summary: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function of the organization, acting as a strategic partner to various business units or departments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance. What You’ll Do: Leads the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with business leaders and other stakeholders. Conducts variance analysis to track actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and providing recommendations for corrective actions. Continuously refine financial models to enhance accuracy and relevance of forecasts. Establishes strong relationships with business unit leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Proactively engages with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities; providing financial insights and support to achieve objectives. Collaborates cross-functionally to drive alignment between financial goals and operational strategies. Prepares and presents periodic financial reports and performance dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting insights and trends. Develops KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and track progress towards strategic objectives. Provides ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide strategic guidance based on financial analysis. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
