DaVita is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead ~10 dialysis centers and ~200 teammates across the region. You will own the division’s strategic direction, ensuring safe, efficient, and ethical patient care, while meeting labor budgets and driving growth opportunities. You will report to senior leadership and collaborate with the Divisional VP/SVP, with 25%-50% overnight travel.
