As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.56 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at a healthcare location by carrying out security–related procedures, site–specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may need attention. Monitor access points, verify visitor and staff entry as directed by site policies, and/or assist with screening procedures for restricted areas. Support staff, patients, and visitors with directions, general assistance, and/or de‑escalation during security‑related interactions in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience, or possess a college degree. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
