Industrial Technician

We are Immediately Hiring a Team of Skilled Industrial Technicians (Mechanically Inclined) for a 8-10 Week Project. Need Reliable and Ready to Work Technicians for this Critical, Time Sensitive Job Opportunity. Pay is up to $35/hr. 1st shift 8-10 hour days, 6 days a week (with opportunity for 7 days, if available and want the extra overtime). Training will be required and will be traveling to Memphis Tennessee for a few days - expenses are covered.

Job Description: This role focuses on the precise disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of complex hardware and equipment. You will work with server racks and related mechanical components, using torque tools and following detailed engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure every unit meets strict quality and compliance standards. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform highly detailed mechanical assembly and rework in a fast-paced industrial production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools in an industrial environment.

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical assembly, industrial repair, or equipment maintenance such as being a maintenance technician, industrial maintenance technician, mechanical technician, automotive technician, aircraft mechanic, or in a similar mechanical role.

• Experience working with server racks, data equipment, electronics manufacturing, or other complex mechanical assemblies would all be a plus.

• Comfort working in a very physical role that involves lifting, moving, and positioning equipment and components.

• Ability to travel for short-term training and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.

• Proven experience disassembling and rebuilding equipment, machinery, or mechanical systems.

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly processes.

• Strong attention to detail with a consistent commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Understanding of basic quality control processes and visual inspection techniques.

Work Environment/Requirements: Industrial/Manufacturing site. The assignment is expected to last approximately 810 weeks, with daily days shift hours ranging from 8 to 10. Mandatory overtime is required, and the position is very physical, involving frequent lifting, moving, and positioning of equipment and components. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and must be worn as directed. New hires will travel to Memphis, Tennessee for the first three days of training before starting work at the project site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
