Step into an exciting role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time opportunity begins in August, offering 37.5 hours per week and the chance to collaborate within a vibrant educational environment near Woodbridge, VA. With two positions available, you’ll make a real impact on young learners’ communication skills and overall school success.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge and passion for working with school-based populations and hold one of the following: CCC-SLP, CFY-SLP, or eligibility as a school SLP. Whether you are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year or are an experienced clinician, your expertise will be valued as you foster student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification or eligibility in the state
• CCC-SLP or CFY credentials
• Previous elementary school experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to supporting students’ individual goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students on an assigned caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with school-based teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with families and educators
• Engage in professional development as needed
