Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical TherapistWe're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the position.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience or interest in outpatient adult care, orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention preferred.Comfort treating workplace injuries and providing occupational medicine-focused care.Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, with willingness to mentor or work alongside a chiropractor on staff.Proficiency with Prognosis EMR preferred.Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Life and disability insurance.401(k) plan with employer match.Annual CME stipend with dedicated paid CME time off.Employer-paid medical malpractice insurance.Quarterly SPIF incentive opportunities.Paid time off and company-paid holidays.Location and Schedule:City: Sacramento, CA. Facility type: Outpatient clinic.Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.Scheduling flexibility available (4x10 or 5x8 options). No weekends.Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day. Clinic will add a tech when daily volume reaches 14–16 patients.Multiple hiring locations across the region including National City, Salinas Rossi, Modesto, Stockton, and Soledad.
