Sales Account Executive - West

As Account Executive - West, you will drive revenue growth across new and existing customers throughout VayKLife's Western U.S. territory, including Hawaii, California, Colorado, Utah, and other key Western markets.

This role has two primary growth objectives: winning net-new business and expanding existing customer relationships. You will proactively prospect and close new vacation rental management partners while working closely with our Account Managers to cross-sell our combined offering, bringing experiences to existing gear customers and gear to existing experiences customers.

This is a remote position with regular travel throughout the Western U.S., including Hawaii, as well as to industry conferences and events.

You will own the sales process from prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close. We're looking for someone with a hunter mentality who can build relationships, sell consultatively, and collaborate across the organization to create and close opportunities.

Proven B2B sales success, ideally within vacation rentals, hospitality, travel, or hospitality technology.

A strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close net-new business.

Experience developing and closing expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.

Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, managing a territory, using CRM tools, and traveling regularly throughout the Western U.S.
