Director of Dining Services

Job Summary As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, and maintain client relations while ensuring superior food quality. You will also manage the account’s P&L and budgeting. Key Responsibilities Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments. Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top‑quality food. Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account. Roll out new culinary programs. Preferred Qualifications BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred. Three to five years of foodservice operation experience. Experience in high‑volume production and catering. Previous experience managing a budget. Desire to learn and grow with a leading foodservice company.
