The qualified candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of electrical equipment throughout Oaknoll, and will ensure compliance with safety codes. Maintenance, repair, or replacement will include, but is not limited to, wires, cables, switches, receptacles, outlets, fuses, circuit breakers, and fixtures. Work will only include existing infrastructure, and will not include any new installation or expansion of any circuit, or any other work that legally requires a licensed electrician. Additional job duties will include, but are not limited too; assisting with moving residents' belongings when they change apartments or levels of care as requested, helping to clear snow as necessary, and assisting with other general maintenance tasks. Scheduled hours will be 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and a weekend of on-call maintenance approximately every 6 weeks. Some holidays and weekends will be required.Why choose Oaknoll?
