Clinical Office Manager

Location: Tampa, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Clinical Office Manager in Tampa, FL for our client, supporting office operations, staff supervision, and patient services within an outpatient healthcare setting. This leadership role will oversee daily administrative and clinical workflows, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and help ensure efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare leadership experience, preferably with a clinical background such as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities as the Clinical Office Manager: Office Operations: Oversee daily clinical office operations to ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and support a team of 5–8 staff members while managing schedules, performance, and daily responsibilities. Patient Services: Monitor patient flow, resolve operational issues, and promote high-quality customer service throughout the office. Clinical Coordination: Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation, timely patient care, and efficient clinic operations. Administrative Management: Oversee scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and other operational processes to support business objectives. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, staff productivity, and overall operational performance. Qualifications for the Clinical Office Manager: Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting is required, including prior leadership or supervisory experience. Industry Knowledge: Experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, physician practice, or other healthcare environment is required, and a clinical background as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or similar patient care role is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Experience with electronic medical record systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and healthcare office software is required. Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr TAG MedStaffing
