Rooms To Go seeks a supervisor to lead the Red Alert team, ensuring correct and damage‑free deliveries for redeliveries and exchanges. You will work with returns, QA, and delivery partners to identify improvements and coach agents in real time. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong Excel usage for stats, and excellent communication across customer care, quality assurance, and distribution.
