Pain Management Physician Assistant

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Äì Pain Management (APRN) - Berlin, NH Position Details Seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our outpatient Pain Management team in Berlin, NH. This full-time opportunity also includes clinic coverage in Colebrook one day per week. Physicians assistants are not being considered at this time. Outpatient position Serve adult patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions Collaborate with primary care and specialty teams Perform office-based evaluations, medication management, patient education, referrals for interventional procedures, and minor in-office procedures Minor procedures may include trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox, and more MAT services preferred (X-waiver) Call: shared phone-only call from home, typically one week every four weeks Qualifications Master Äôs degree required Must hold or be eligible for APRN licensure in New Hampshire Board certified (or eligible) per NCH Medical Staff Bylaws At least 2 years of pain management experience required Must be comfortable managing own patient panel independently ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association) required Commitment to whole-person care, team collaboration, and a nonjudgmental approach Compensation Details Competitive base salary of $150,000 (1.0 FTE) for experienced APRNs wRVU-based bonus potential On-call compensation Up to $10,000 citizenship bonus annually Commencement bonus Relocation assistance Educational loan reimbursement CME funds plus 2 weeks of CME time 5 weeks of vacation Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans Professional liability insurance with tail coverage EMR System Meditech Expanse Community Details Berlin, NH and the surrounding North Country region offer a beautiful outdoor lifestyle with access to year-round recreation, including hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, and more.
