As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join our team—a motivated leader who thrives on building trust, developing others, and driving operational excellence.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Service Director, the Service Manager will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), manage key client relationships, and oversee a portion of our delivery fleet. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on customer satisfaction, team performance, and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:

Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and prompt resolution of issues.

• Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and support a team of 2–5 CSRs; provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management.

• Fleet Oversight:

Coordinate daily operations of assigned vehicles and drivers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport with team members, customers, and colleagues
• Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
