AZ RN - Pediatric CVICU

COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season.Please do not include a COVID card with the submission. Working every other weekend, Sat/Sun, is required for all assignments and travelers are the first to float. We will have start date of 10/02, 10/16, and 10/30. Experience RequirementsTwo (2) years' experience as a registered nurseOne (1) year pediatric experienceMust have pediatric CVICU experience.Travel experience at a children's hospital strongly preferred Education, License, & Certification RequirementsDiploma Nursing degree, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in nursing (or higher) - Bachelor's degree preferredCurrent State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart AssociationCurrent PALS certification from the American Heart Association

Shift: Nights 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm and Days 7:00 am - 7:30 pm
