This position involves operating within a 700-mile radius of Kansas City and delivering farm and home products to stores throughout the region. Most freight is no-touch, with light-touch delivery responsibilities. Pay & Schedule Pay: $360 per day Guaranteed pay of $1,800 for a five-day workweek Saturday night runs: $28 per hour Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. Occasional Saturday work may be required Hours per week: 40 Employment type: Long-term flex Job Details Route type: Regional Operating area: Within 700 miles of Kansas City Delivery locations: Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas Freight: Farm and home products, primarily palletized feed Freight handling: Mostly no-touch with light-touch delivery responsibilities Equipment: Electric pallet jack and, at some stops, a manual pallet jack Key Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL A vehicle on regional routes Deliver palletized products to farm stores and other designated locations Use an electric pallet jack and manual pallet jack as required Complete multiple stops each week based on assigned routes Maintain compliance with applicable safety and transportation regulations Minimum Requirements Valid CDL A 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Must be at least 21 years old Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Referral program Why Work With TransForce TransForce puts drivers first by providing consistent support, respectful treatment, and access to quality driving opportunities.
