Non-Invasive Cardiologist | Part-time Schedule

Northern Light A.R. Gould Hospital is seeking a part-time, BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide general cardiovascular services in Presque Isle, Maine. This is primarily an outpatient-based practice with responsibilities that include occasional emergency department and inpatient consults, interpretation of exercise and nuclear stress testing, echocardiography, and cardiac event monitors.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible, part-time schedule is also benefits-eligible!
• Cardiac Cath Lab is available for diagnostic testing, pacemaker, ICD, and loop recorder placement
• Embedded ultrasound technologists in clinic
• Advanced diagnostics including Cardiac Computed Tomography Angiography
• Dedicated diagnostic technicians and pacemaker nurse on site
• 24/7 Hospitalist team handling admissions and inpatient care
• Tertiary care services support

Compensation Information:

• $262,500 - $275,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
