Shipping Forklift OperatorAs a Shipping Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time and in excellent condition. You'll safely move, stage, and load finished corrugated products while helping maintain inventory accuracy and supporting an efficient shipping operation. Every load you move contributes directly to customer satisfaction.Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needsPay: Starting at $17.50 per hourWhat You'll DoSafely operate a forklift to move, stage, and load finished corrugated products for shipmentVerify products, quantities, and shipping paperwork before loadingLoad trailers safely while protecting product quality and minimizing damageOrganize inventory and stage products for efficient shippingComplete daily forklift inspections and report equipment concernsWork with production and shipping teams to meet customer delivery schedulesHelp maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shipping areaSupport continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional responsibilities as business needs requireWhat Will Set You ApartPrevious forklift or powered industrial truck experience.Experience working in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.Experience handling and staging finished products for shipment.Familiarity with scanners, inventory systems, or basic computer systems.Strong attention to detail when verifying products, quantities, and shipping information.Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the shipping team.Comfortable working around moving equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Corrugated or paper product handling experience a plus.What to Expect on the JobThis is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. You'll spend most of your shift on operating a forklift and moving, staging, and loading finished products. The position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and getting on and off the forklift throughout the shift.Our facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary throughout the year. You'll work around moving equipment where noise, dust, vibration, and other typical manufacturing conditions are present.
