Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions through various telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and nursing staff. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services and ensure proper referrals are made to connect clients with additional resources and support as necessary. \n
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards to safeguard client privacy and confidentiality. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development through staff meetings and case reviews to improve clinical techniques and foster a culture of continuous improvement. \n
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
