The B2C Marketing unit of the Marketing and Commercial Department (DMC) of the RATP deploys a marketing approach based on personalization and customer knowledge. It relies on a structured data foundation around the Data Client 360 unique traveler repository which centralizes customer data to enable a unified view of the traveler, regardless of the channel.

In this context, the Data client & CRM team is looking for an Alternant(e) Data Analyst to strengthen its analysis capabilities and contribute actively to the valorization of customer data.

Your missions

Under the responsibility of the Data client & CRM manager, and in close collaboration with the Data360 Product Owner and the Data analyst of the team, you will work on the following missions:

• Reporting & visualization: Design, maintenance, and evolution of Power BI dashboards for marketing teams
• Customer data analysis: Contribution to the realization of statistical analyses (descriptive, explanatory, exploratory, multivariate) for customer knowledge and segmentation, within the Data 360 project.
• Strategic contribution: Formulation of data-driven recommendations from your analyses to inform marketing team decisions and enrich the understanding of traveler behaviors.

These activities are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the team's projects.

Your profile

You are preparing a Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or in a business school with a specialization in Business Analytics, Marketing Data or equivalent — ideally at the crossroads between data and marketing.

Technical skills

• Competence in data processing and statistical analysis
• Experience with data processing languages: SQL, Python (or R)
• Experience with a Business Intelligence tool (Power BI preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure, is a plus
• Good mastery of office and collaborative tools
