Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour negotiable depending on experience
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

What's a typical day as a Press Operator? You'll be:
- Operating EFI large-format printers safely and efficiently to meet production schedules
- Performing daily preventative maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of printing equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and print-quality issues to minimize downtime
- Monitoring color accuracy, print quality, and production consistency
- Loading, unloading, and safely handling large media rolls and printing materials
- Collaborating with Graphics, Production, and Shipping teams to meet customer deadlines
- Maintaining accurate production records and promptly reporting equipment issues
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards
- Recommending improvements to increase equipment reliability, efficiency, and print quality
- Following all company safety policies and operating procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating large-format digital printing equipment (EFI VUTEk printers experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/repair experience with printing equipment
- Possess knowledge of color management, media handling, and print production processes
- Have the ability to read work orders, prioritize multiple production tasks, and maintain high attention to detail
- Are dependable, punctual, safety conscious, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Can frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Are bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, not required)
