Senior Tax Analyst

Senior Tax Analyst with a publicly-traded company Responsibilities Compile and analyze data to create workpapers to support tax filings, including book to tax adjustments and state and local apportionment. Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations and tax related SEC reporting disclosures. Assist with review/preparation of the federal consolidated income tax return and unitary and separate state income tax returns, including estimated tax payments, extensions, and miscellaneous filings. Research/monitor income tax laws. Interface with other functions within the organization to provide business support and ensure efficient Tax Policy Administration. Prepare and review sales and use tax returns (limited number as most of Company revenue is exempt). Review and resolution of state tax notices. Assist with any federal or state audits. Assist with tax planning projects including potential acquisitions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. CPA certification or progress towards preferred. 1.5 - 5 years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting or large company. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr AquantUs, LLC
