We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Qualifications/Experience:
- Looking for candidates that have 1+years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background)
- If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They'll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward
- If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they'll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.
