Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.**Shift Details:** Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm**Pay Details:** $ 25.00/HR**Responsibility:*** Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.* Traces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.* Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.* Enters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.* Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.* Coordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.**Education:*** High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Associate's degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.**Work Experience:*** 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required.* Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred.
