What You'll Do as a Staffing Recruiter
- Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities.
- Build strong pipelines through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person outreach.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make hiring recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with staffing regulations, background checks, and company policies.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend solutions.
- Process weekly payroll and manage personnel records.
The Preferred Candidate Might
- Have 1-2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or a fast-paced environment.
- Be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Show adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
