Provide nursing services Location: Aviata at Rosewood Address: 3020 Rosewood Way, Orlando, FL 32808 Shift Available: FT - Day (7a-7p) & Night (7p-7a) Job Summary: Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family of caregivers! As a LPN, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Benefits: Competitive pay rate with opportunities for holiday pay and overtime hours Access to online learning 24/7 Health, dental, and vision insurance for the entire family and more!
