Revitalize Integrated Body Systems | Menlo Park, CA
Are you passionate about movement, helping people feel their best, and making a lasting impact on patients' lives? Revitalize Integrated Body Systems is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Pilates Instructor to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
At Revitalize, we don't just teach Pilates—we help people ReAlign • ReBuild • ReVitalize through individualized care that combines chiropractic, corrective exercise, Pilates, massage therapy, and rehabilitation. If you love working one-on-one with clients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and continuing to grow your skills, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead private and duet Pilates sessions using both reformer and mat equipment.
- Design individualized exercise programs based on each client's goals and needs.
- Work closely with chiropractors, massage therapists, and corrective exercise specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate and motivate clients to improve strength, mobility, posture, balance, and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation.
- Build long-term relationships with patients while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification required; comprehensive certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping others
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required
