Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: Facility Reporting structure: Director of Rehabilitation As a Physical Therapist, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy. You incorporate patient‑centered care and collaborate with peers, ensuring patients gain independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
