Internal Medicine Physician

We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in Tucson, Arizona . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. Highlights:

• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek

• Fewer administrative tasks
• $240,000- $320,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience, plus a quality bonus
• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• BE/BC family medicine, internal medicine, or internal medicine/pediatrics
