Join our dynamic team as a Production Technician in Rushville! This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a vital role in maintaining our production efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time (seasonal)
Location: Rushville
Shift: Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 8 - 12 hour shifts)
Pay: $19.50-20.50/hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Assigned to teams supporting a variety of responsibilities.
-Inspect and maintain seed crops.
-Support seed inventory management.
-Cleaning and packaging seed.
-Warehousing and shipping seed to ensure customers have the product they need for the coming planting season.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules.
