JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for developing and leading non-instructional career pathways across the district, with a strong emphasis on workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and trade industry initiatives. This role involves designing and managing innovative programs, applying strategic systems thinking, and fostering sustainable career pipelines. The individual will collaborate closely with non-instructional departments and cultivate community partnerships to enhance support services and facilitate job placement opportunities.
