As a Driver at ALTO, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation in company-owned vehicles while delivering a premium, hospitality-focused experience. You’ll follow scheduled rides via Alto’s app, greet passengers professionally, assist with luggage, and maintain a clean, comfortable car. You must adhere to traffic laws, complete pre-trip safety checks, and report issues promptly. You’ll represent Alto’s brand through excellent communication, punctuality, and problem-solving, collaborating with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth operations and consistently high rider satisfaction.
