Key Qualifications:

• Valid State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Experience in school-based and/or healthcare settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
• Ability to adapt communication and therapy strategies for different age groups and learning needs
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support in developing, planning, and implementing therapy activities that promote students’ speech and language skills
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Adapt interventions based on student performance and clinician feedback
