Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click here to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.Performs daily cleaning projects as directed by supervisors.Cleans all floor mats.Sweeps, scrubs and mops all kitchen floors and walls to remove food, debris and grease.Cleans behind and under all equipment.Maintains hood vent system, ovens and cleaning of equipment.Cleans and sanitize all counters, shelves and garbage cans.Becomes well versed in all ware washing equipment operation and maintenanceReports all equipment malfunctions to appropriate supervisor.Washes all dishes, glassware, silver, kitchen ware and utensils as neededResponsible for proper storage of all equipment (china, glass, silver, cooking equipment and utensils).Ensures that all F&B venues are cleaned to Health Department Standards.Assists other venues with cleaning projects or supplying them with proper supplies.Organizes and stores remaining chemicals and supplies in proper places.Disposes of trash and rags to appropriate areas.Bring Us Your Best.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and safety rules Must have the ability to understand instructions such as safety rules and operating and maintenance procedures.Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees.Must have the knowledge of basic customer service, and understand English.Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Walking 20% of the time.Sitting 5% of the time.Standing 45% of the time.Bending and lifting 20% of the time.Climbing up heights in excess of 15 feet.Lifting/moving maximum of up to 100 lbs.Ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.Stay In The Game.
