Coalition for Community Housing (CCH) is seeking a Peer Specialist to support clients through lived experience, focusing on empowerment and advocacy. You will work with clients and families to overcome barriers, coordinate with internal teams, and document care in the EHR. Travel across Denver metro is required to provide community-based support.
