Installation Operator

Turf Field InstallerThe Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman. This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in field setup upon arrival at the job siteAccurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markingsOperate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installationCut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knivesInstall field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glueInspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignmentMaintain a clean and organized job site throughout the projectSupport the final job site walk-through to ensure installation qualityPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project managerAdditional Duties And ExpectationsFollow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human ResourcesCollaborate with team members to support overall project goalsParticipate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when neededEducation & Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not requiredAdditional Requirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's CertificateClean criminal background requiredMust pass pre-employment and random drug screeningsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequentlyBy joining us, you will be part of an international culture where you can expand your horizons, change the game and design the future of society.
