You will support accounting operations across locations, with a focus on expense management, accruals, and maintaining accurate financials at the site level. - Manage expenses and accruals across multiple warehouse locations
- Support monthly close and financial reporting for site-level P&Ls
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams on financial processes
- Handle inventory-related accounting, including cost updates and tracking
- Review purchase orders and perform invoice matching
- Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain strong internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Approximately 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in a large, multi-site organization strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close
- Inventory accounting experience or exposure to operational environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) required
- Experience with Oracle, SAP or NetSuite highly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fast-paced, high-expectation team environment
- Strong emphasis on accountability, ownership, and collaboration
- Opportunity to work closely with an experienced accounting team
- Primarily onsite in Vacaville
- Hybrid flexibility: work from home Tuesdays and Fridays (except during close periods)
- Salary range: $95,000-$105,000 (depending on experience)
