Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries, taking a meticulous approach to each individual's medical history and current health status.

• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including medical imaging studies and laboratory tests, making informed decisions based on the results.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring each patient's healthcare needs are addressed holistically.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with attention to dosage and potential side effects, while providing ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation compliant with ICD-9 coding standards, ensuring patient records are up-to-date and reflective of their care journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with residents in an assisted living facility, which includes a range of patients from young adults to elderly individuals. Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in urgent care, family medicine, or a related field.
