We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to oversee HVAC installation projects across residential replacements, new construction, commercial installations, and mixed projects. This role will lead a crew of 3–5 installers, work throughout the local service area, and report to the company owner, service manager, or operations manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects for residential replacements, new construction, commercial installations, and mixed projects.
• Direct and coordinate a crew of 3–5 installers.
• Perform HVAC installation work in accordance with project requirements.
• Travel within the local service area to support installation projects.
• Coordinate with the company owner, service manager, and operations manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
