• Schedule: 4 days/week, 8 am - 5 pm
• 13 patients per day on average
• 100% outpatient setting
• New patient appointments 1 hour -- follow-ups 30 minutes
• Staff reduction has created urgent need for locum support
• Growing service line with inpatient and outpatient openings
