Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform along with your personal network to source potential healthcare candidates, engaging with candidates to present MLR opportunities and measure their interest, coordinating key appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for further assessments, keeping in touch with candidates to ensure their continued interest and assist them in their hiring journey, ensuring detailed recording in our applicant tracking system, and earning commission based on the appointments you schedule, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your outreach.

This is a commission-based position that operates on your performance. There's no limit to how much you can earn; the sky is the limit, and your success will reflect your contributions. Every time you set a qualified meeting, your efforts translate into earnings: commission for each successful meeting scheduled, additional earnings from interviews that arise from your outreach, additional commissions for new business successfully acquired, bonus commissions when placements result from your leads, and other performance-based incentives (like retention bonuses) are available too.
