Job DescriptionRequirements:Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance with CI Poly5+ years of experience in technical project management, service delivery management, IT service management, or program managementBachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related fieldITIL 4 Foundation CertificationExperience with management of program/project deliverablesAbility to work independently, maintain accountability, and drive delivery against established timelinesFlexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and prioritiesExcellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation skills and meeting facilitationExcellent time management and organizational skillsExperience working to the constraints of Federal policies, procedures, and regulationsPreferred Requirements:PMP, SAFe, or comparable project or Agile delivery certificationExperience supporting Intelligence Community or other classified federal environmentsExperience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, enterprise kiosks, or comparable end-user computing technologiesExperience managing cloud, compute, network, storage, desktop, and managed infrastructure servicesExperience with MSP governance, service onboarding, operational readiness, service-level management, and continuous improvementExperience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platformCertain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
