Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and Experience• Experience in Oracle Order Management cloud and Inventory Management cloud.• Experience in all SCM cloud modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning) with overall understanding of the solutions.• Experience with client facing and PMO activities. • Experience evaluating and mediating the impacts and interdependencies of various solution aspects and applications including data migration.• Experience with articulating solution options to data team. • Experience participating in the data mapping session to help build the data conversion suited to solution. • Provide clarification to client on designs, developments & templates. • Review complex functions prior to submission of deliverables • Review cut over strategies. • Coordinate with track leads to do the impact analysis of Oracle patch releases every quarter. • Checks for impact of solution across all tracks. • Provides clarification with client team on designs, developments, templates.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery model. • Exposure / experience on Oracle cloud and related systems. • Experience in managing team size of 10-12 would be a plus. • Cloud certifications on ERP & SCM modules. • Reviews complex functions prior to submission of deliverables.• Experience working with client team in creation of test scenarios. • Leading the module and coordinate with other tracks for cross-functional topics.• Experience with participation in cutover activities and post Go-Live support.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
