Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult clients
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Collaborate with our clinical and medical teams to optimize patient care
- Participate in clinical case reviews and treatment planning
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our EHR system
- Support and consult with therapists and other team members as needed
- MD or DO, licensed to practice medicine in TN (or eligible for licensure)
- Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry (required)
- Completion of at least 3 years of psychiatry residency
- DEA certification for prescribing Schedule II-V medications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in outpatient, addiction, or community mental health settings is a plus
- Commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and ongoing professional growth
